Library Jeopardy – This is one of my favorite games to play with my class! This version was made for grades 3-5, and then I usually create and easier one for second grade if I play with them.  This jeopardy game is completely editable, so you are able to use the questions that I have created, change them add your own! The topics covered in the game are the Dewey Decimal System, Call Numbers, Genres, Famous Authors and Text Features.

Fligrid Lesson Plan– If you are looking to use Flipgrid in your classroom and don’t know where to start, this is a GREAT resource for teaching your students about digital citizenship and communicating through video.  This lesson plan starts with a lesson on how to treat each other in an online environment and then gets into a fun introductory assignment on Flipgrid.  My students loved this!

Destiny Scavenger Hunt – Great way to review the Destiny Online Catalog with your students!  I also use this as a pre-assessment at the beginning of the year to find out what classes need a more in depth review that year!
